Toptracer Range kör sin första globala tävling, Nine-Shot Range Challenge, med början idag. Ska du ändå slå några bollar så häng med och försök fixa en svensk vinnare i en tävling som bygger på svensk teknik!
Toptracer Range bygger på svenskutvecklad teknik och är idag en världsomspännande verksamhet, ägd av Topgolf Entertainment Group som också har de makalöst fräcka Topgolf-anläggningarna med lika mycket party som golfträning.
Systemet erbjuder en interaktiv och social upplevelse med realtidsdata där spelarna kan tävla i olika spel, finslipa sina färdigheter eller bara prova på golf.
Om du slår bollar på någon av de Toptracer-försedda rangerna idag kan du vara med och tävla i Toptracers första Global Nine-Shot Range Challenge. De svenska anläggningarna är Ullna Indoor, Barkarby Indoor Golf, Kista Golf Center, Örebro Indoor och World of Golf i Göteborg.

Toptracer’s Inaugural Global Nine-Shot Range Challenge Debuting December 5-8
Participants to Compete in Skills-Based Competition With Scores Tracked In Real Time on Interactive, Global Leaderboard
Toptracer, a division of global sports and entertainment leader Topgolf Entertainment Group, is on a mission to connect communities on a global scale and provide a real-time platform for golfers to showcase their range skills. Toptracer Range has designed an entirely skills-based competition featuring a nine-shot challenge that tests shot-making ability between 55 and 160 yards.
The first-ever challenge will start on Thursday 5th December at 12am (local time) and run until Sunday 8th December at 11:59pm (local time) at more than 200 Toptracer Ranges around the world. Scoring is based on each player’s proximity to the hole on each of their nine shots. Golfers can view their real-time rankings against participants from Toptracer Range locations like Yokohama in Japan, GolfCity Pulheim in Germany, Spring Hills Country Club in South Korea, and Del Mar Golf Center in the United States.
“Growing up, this type of competition would have been unheard of, but Toptracer Range technology makes this global challenge possible,” said Ben Sharpe, President of Toptracer Global. “Topgolf Entertainment Group is committed to connecting people and communities through the shot-tracing technology and enhanced driving range experiences we provide. We believe this sort of competition will evolve into more meaningful and larger events that will continue to grow the game of golf and connect people on a much larger scale.”
To enhance local pride and competition, each contestant will see their local corresponding Toptracer Range name and country flag next to their profile name on the interactive global leaderboard.
The competition is free to enter*, guests can then play individually or in groups of up to four as many times as desired until the tournament ends on Sunday 8th December at 11:59pm.
After completion of the global competition, the nine-shot challenge will be made available as a new game mode at Toptracer Ranges in the first quarter of 2020.

*Entry Information - This competition is a ‘game mode’ that is free to enter for any customers that have purchased a session in one of our hitting bays. To submit a score, guests must sign in and link their profile to the in-bay monitor at the start of the session.
